We are happy to introduce to you Jocelyn O’Shea who will be teaching Basic Vinyasa 2-3:15pm on Saturdays and $10 Community Vinyasa class Wednesday evenings 9-10pm.
Jocelyn O’Shea has been practicing yoga for nearly ten years. She became certified to teach at Namaste Yoga College in 2009. She believes that yoga cultivates a clear mind, an open-heart, and a strong, flexible body. Her dynamic classes integrate laughter with challenging asana and focused pranyama. Jocelyn inspires her students to test their boundaries, dive into their deep self, and practice having fun with yoga. She has found no greater pleasure in life than sharing yoga with other people.
